We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Asotin County, Washington. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
