Flatlock machine operator — Carbon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy garment factory. Day to day you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
