Powder coating operator — Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Grant County, North Dakota. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime 2+ years on the tools preferred.
