Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Wilkinson County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
