Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. The job is at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
