Line cook • Phelps County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Phelps County, Missouri. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
