In-process quality controller — Bureau County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Bureau County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Rotating shifts.
