Powder coating technician — Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Franklin County, Mississippi. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time, day shift.
