Gang bricklayer • Isin, Kwara State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Isin, Kwara State. What we are looking for: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦9,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
