Tandoor cook — Miner County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Miner County, South Dakota. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs 2+ years on the tools preferred.
