Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Franklin County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
