Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test The role involves control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator.
