Foundry worker wanted in Calhoun County

Now hiring: we are hiring a foundry worker in Calhoun County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Rotating shifts. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
