Paint booth operator — Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Montgomery County, Maryland. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred.
