Bread baker — Udi

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Udi, Enugu State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦145,000 per month plus benefits.
