Day to day you will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
