Decorator — Dale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a decorator in Dale County, Alabama. The job is at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Day to day you will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps.
