Pastry baker — St. Francis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in St. Francis County, Arkansas. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
