Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Monroe County, Ohio. The job is in an HVAC service company. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns On a typical shift you will read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
