Punch press operator — Kings County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a punch press operator in Kings County, New York. Your main tasks: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
