Vacancy available: head baker (Idaho)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Blaine County, Idaho. You will be based in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends.
