Immediate opening: we are hiring a packing operative in Louisa County, Virginia. The role involves count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets; record production counts on the shift sheet; strap and band pallets ready for loading; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Previous experience on a packing or production line 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
