Fitter on the line — Lowndes County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Lowndes County, Alabama. You will work at an automotive parts factory. Day-to-day duties: • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons You should have: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred 4+ years on the tools preferred. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
