Crawler dozer operator wanted in Essex County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Essex County, Virginia. You will work at a busy earthworks site. Day-to-day duties: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear What we are looking for: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
