Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Carson County, Texas. You will be based at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
