Press machine operator — Jada

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press machine operator in Jada, Adamawa State. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges The role involves fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦11,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
