Immediate opening: steward (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Nueces County, Texas. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
