QC inspector — Newton County

Your main tasks: • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
