Great opportunity: general labourer (Rhode Island)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a general labourer in Washington County, Rhode Island. You will be based with a civil contractor. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker On a typical shift you will erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
