Hydraulic press operator — Columbia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Columbia County, Oregon. The role involves: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Full-time, day shift.
