Urgent requirement: we are hiring a window glazier in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Day-to-day duties: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
