Cook — Raleigh County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Raleigh County, West Virginia. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
