VMC operator wanted in Acadia Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Acadia Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
