What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun.
