Dishwasher — Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Morgan County, Illinois. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
