Kitchen cook — Genesee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Genesee County, Michigan. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
