Kitchenhand — Somerset County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Somerset County, New Jersey. On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
