Vacancy available: brick and block layer (North Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Walsh County, North Dakota. You will work on a commercial construction site. On a typical shift you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
