Powder coater wanted in Wilkes County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Wilkes County, North Carolina. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
