What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Rotating shifts.
