Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Brooks County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
