System formwork carpenter wanted in Bronx County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Bronx County, New York. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. On the job you will handle: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules 5+ years on the tools preferred.
