Production machine operator • Russell County, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production machine operator in Russell County, Virginia. You will work at an injection moulding unit. Day to day you will record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
