Scullery hand — Jakusko

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jakusko, Yobe State. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
