Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Working-at-height certificate an advantage The role involves install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application.
