Meat cutter — Ogbaru

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ogbaru, Anambra State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled 5+ years on the tools preferred.
