Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
