Fry cook — Barry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Barry County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
