Plastering hand — Charles County

Join our team: we are hiring a plastering hand in Charles County, Maryland. You will be based at a new-build housing development. The role involves dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
