In-process quality controller — Colleton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Colleton County, South Carolina. You will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
